Delivery time of my order
At Zilvo-Amsterdam we use a slightly different method than you may be used to. Our products are sent directly from our suppliers, so that we can save considerably on storage and transport costs. This enables us to keep our prices as competitive as possible.

What to do if my order is delayed?
Due to the great interest in our products, it can occasionally prevent your order from arriving a little later than expected. We hope for your understanding for this. If the expected delivery time has expired and you have not received anything yet, please contact us via support@zilvo-amsterdam.nl. We then immediately investigate the status of your order.
How can I exchange or return my order?
For exchange or return you can contact our customer service via support@zilvo-amsterdam.nl. In your e-mail, state your name, order number (eg #0000, as stated in your confirmation email) and the reason for returning. After receiving your message, we will send you the return address and further instructions.
What are the costs of returns?
Return shipments are for your own account. The exact costs depend on the courier you choose. Consult your courier's rates for more information.
Conditions for returning
You can return your item within a period of 14 days, from the day you have received it. Returning is possible if:
The return period has not yet expired.
The product is in the original packaging, including all labels.
The product is unused and in its original state.
