Thank you for opting for Zilvo-Amsterdam. At Zilvo-Amsterdam we place great value on craftsmanship and we strive to offer our customers high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a simple refund and return policy to guarantee your satisfaction.
Return policy of 14 days
You can return your item within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible:
- The article must be unused.
- It must be in the same state as in which you received it.
- It must be in the original package.
Add the original order confirmation or packing slip when you return the item.
How do you start a return shipment?

Contact us: Send an e-mail to info@zilvo-Amsterdam.nl To start the return process.

Return authorization: After approval of your request you will receive a return authorization number (RA) and further instructions. State the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Pack the article: Make sure the item is safely packaged in the original packaging, including accessories.

Return shipment: The costs for return shipment are for your account, unless the article is defective or we have made a mistake. Preferably use a traceable shipping method to prevent loss.
Reimbursement process
- After we have received and checked your return shipment, you will receive an e-mail for confirmation.
- We let you know if your refund has been approved.
- Upon approval, the refund is processed within 5 working days and refunded via the original payment method.
Non-restrictions
The following articles cannot be returned or reimbursed:
- Opened or used products.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or defective items
Have you received a defect or damaged item? Contact us directly via VIA info@zilvo-Amsterdam.nl And send clear photos of the problem. We provide a suitable solution.
Exchange
The fastest way to get what you want is to return by the article you have. Once the return shipment is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
